This site publishes plain-language articles about everyday gut health: dietary fiber, gut microbes, and common digestive symptoms such as bloating, constipation, and irritable bowel syndrome.
Why this site exists
A lot of gut health advice online is hard to trace back to evidence. Our aim is to explain what studies in people and clinical guidelines actually say, how strong that evidence is, and what a reader can reasonably try, with links to the original research so you can check it yourself.
Who runs it
The site is run by an independent writer. Each article shows the writer’s name and a short note about how it was made. We do not claim medical, nutrition, or other professional qualifications, and we do not describe personal clinical experience.
Articles are researched from PubMed and written and edited with the help of AI tools. They have not been checked by a doctor or other health professional. You can read the full process on our editorial policy page.
What this site is not
